I did have that happen and it was due to it being a chemical pregnancy. I got a really bfaintp before bedtime, then retested with fmu the following morning and it was stark white. That said, some women don't test as well with fmu as they do with smu, etc. if your urine was really diluted, it may not have picked up the hormone. If you used a different brand, it may not have been as sensitive. I'd wait a day or two and test again.
