Blood test to get a BFP?

Any of you ladies had to go get a blood test because you couldn't get a positive on a HPT? I know it's kinda early but AF is now 4 days late (I'm on cycle day 34 which is very strange for me my cycles are normally always 29-30 days) I've been taking HPT's and nothing. I have a bunch of symptoms as well but no AF. I'm currently about 15-16DPO

If you aren't tracking ovulation, it's possible you o'd later than you think, which could delay af, as well as delay seeing a bfp.

I am having the same issues. Have taken numerous hpt's and I keep getting negnegative rresults but I am 4 days late and 15 dpo and no sign or AF.. I am always on time... Think its time for a blood test?
