Strange bleeding? Need some advice please :(

My last period was 31/07 for 6 days. Six weeks & two days later I had light pinkish discharge in the evening (only when I wiped) then the next day got what I though was my period but only had bleeding for two days then went back to stopping brownish on the morning of the third day then stopped by lunchtime. Also been having pain in my pelvic area, kinda sharpe & brife. Also when I start weeing but then goes.
Anyone has this before? Or anymore have any advice?

Don't think that was a "period" so would really appreciate some thoughts..
