I am expecting my period but didn't show up last September 15? am I pregnant I am a diabetic person

I am diagnosed as diabetic! the problem is I got my first baby 2001 and hard to have new one because of my disease now I am experiencing tender breast for a week now my expected period is supposedly last September 15 but didn't show up? is it possible that I am pregnant?
