Question

Help!!

Okay my peroids are always off i mean i get them every month but i can never tell when its supossed to come my long cycle is 45 and my shorts cycle is 17 days how can i find my average and how do i know if it is right help!!

I'd start by temping and using opk's to track your ovulation and would record it with an app or fertility monitor of some sort. Eventually, you'll see trends even if the timing isn't predictable.

Also, if you use opks, count from the day you get a positive to the day you start your period. That should help you predict when next af would start. Your luteal phase(the days between ovulation and the day you start your period) is generally the more consistent part of your cycle. Your o day will most likely change from cycle to cycle but your period should always come right around the same number of days after you ovulate. Except for one cycle where my luteal phase was 13 days, I always start my period the 14th day after I ovulate. So if I ovulate on a Monday, then exactly two Mondays later I start my next period. But my cycle varies from 29 to 33 days. Does that make sense?

Yes that help my periods are between 28 and 33 days so they siad i am 13 dpo
