Could i be pregnant?

okay me and my boyfreaind have been ttc for a few months i am usualy upbeat and have alot of enrgey but for the pass few days i have been feeling upset easly and tired my breast hrut as well and i feel sick in the morning i have also had a lot of discharge and. I normal dont i dont want to get my hopes up to high because i lost a baby a few months back anyways could these be signs?
