I would assume the bleeding is ovulatory. An opk isn't going to detect pregnancy when an hpt isn't. Is there a reason you believe the opk to be inaccurate for ovulation?

bc my ovulation tests were positive again two weeks ago. so why would they be positive again?

Are you temping, as well? Sometimes, it's possible to have an lh surge and not ovulate. If that happened, you might have a second lh surge. It's also possible that you have a second lh surge during your luteal phase. Some women do. Do you typically continue testing with opk's during your tww? If so and this is something new, I'd consider the possibility that you may not have ovulated after your first surge - especially if you aren't temping for added confirmation - and treat this as being positive for impending ovulation and bd just in case.

Sorry I'm confused! You need to wait until day of missed AF to use HPT. If you are ovulating today, make sure to BD, then wait 2 weeks, then take preg test.

If you're ovulating again, it could be ovulation spotting. If you're pg, it could be implantation or possibly breakthrough bleeding. It could pre-af spotting. It could be spotting due to bd'ing. It could be a yeast infection. There are lots of possible explanations even if you don't normally experience spotting.
