almost 9 wks along nausea seems to have subsided and energy levels improving but I am freaked out
My next u/s is not until 14 wks and I am terrified something will happen and I wont know until much later...Do symptoms start subsiding before the first trimester is over in a healthy pregnancy?

memberMy symptoms subsided for a few days at 10 weeks, and I was like "yay!"...then they came back with a vengeance for a few days. Then they went away from a few days. Now at 11 1/2 weeks they come and go a few hours at a time. Unless your symptoms are totally gone for a week or more at a time, I wouldn't be at all concerned. If you are very worried you can request another u/s although they may not cover it with insurance. GL! :)

Yes, they come & go. Totally normal. At around 10 weeks, the placenta takes over hormone production, so a lot of women see improvement around then. However, mine came back with a vengeance with both of my babies. In fact, they had to put me on anti nausea meds during the 3rd trimester with #2. Enjoy your good days bc not all of them are like that!
