14dpo, 4 days of dark pos opk's, unusual for me. Waiting on hpt's. Tell me your experience please?
So, I know OPK's shouldn't be used as reliable HPT's, but they *can* detect hcg. I used up all my HPT's last month, when I was three days late and saw squinters on my IC's but couldn't tell if they were the typical faint IC line or an actual faint pos line. Anyway. Waiting on more. Point is, I'm out. So when I started noticing I'd been getting lightheaded for a few days in a row I took an OPK for the hell of it. It was darker than I felt it should have been (not the first time I've done that, lol. I record.) On top of Nausea and slightly too bumpy nipples, I've now had 4 days of pos opk's, getting darker by the day.(Super unusual. Usually it's at 50% of the control line at this point) And AF was due today, but has not arrived. Nor have I had my usual consistent, dull cramps right before.
Does this sound familiar? Did you experience something like this before you found out you were pregnant? I wish those tests would get here. :/

Howdy. I am having a similar issues. I took 2 Ovulation tests today and both were positive. Mine were not as dark as yours. But they were positive nonetheless. I ovulated 2 weeks ago as well.. I took 2 ovulation tests 2 weeks ago, so I did the deed, and took another one a couple days after, it was still positive. Than I did the deed again... took another ovulation test a couple days after and only to find out the ovulation test was negative. So today I took one in the AM and PM and both came back positive.
Now with my pregnancy tests, negative. I took 2 today as well, both were negative. So I am in the same boat as you! Not sure what to think...

I hate the wait and see game. Especially if I'm just having an off cycle... sigh. The large majority (say, 85%) of the posts I've read through of women having this results in pregnancy, unfortunately that's about all the information I could find. And all the 'symptoms' I've noticed (except the lightheadedness and nosebleed, though technically the season is changing here so its possible it could be air pressure related) are PMS symptoms like sore breasts, hunger, and moodiness. I'm getting a test tomorrow if I don't start bleeding, whether it sends DH into a panic or not. lol.

Congrats!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This gives me hope. It's so weird because I tested positive today on opk but i literally just came off my period yesterday. I'm actually still spotting........but I took a pregnancy test with second pee and I think it came out negative. I only waited 3 minutes for results cause I had to go to work. I have one more opk test left at home....do you think i could be pregnant. I'm startng to think the "light period" i Just came off (which was also short) could have been hormone bleeding or decidual bleeding and maybe I am pregnant. How long did it take for you to find out you were pregnant????
