Question

What does your CM look like?

This whole cycle I have had a lot of CM. It was EWCM during ovulation time and then I never dried up... I usually do.

Today I am 10dpo and I felt like I needed to go check my panties and when I did I had a small amount of creamy white CM there.

I was just wondering if anyone else has this and did it lead to BFP or AF?

I was reading that creamy white CM usually means pregnancy and clear CM means AF... but wanted your opinions too!

CM during the luteal phase is under the influence of progesterone. It often looks milky, whitish, lotion-like, creamy. This is common and normal during the lp in pregnant and non pregnant cycles alike. You may experience EWCM during the lp. This is due to estrogen surges. Just before AF some women have a few dry days followed by watery CM. This is at least the case for me. I then know that my progesterone levels have dropped and my next cycle is about to start. All the best.

My last 2 cycles I had tons of creamy white cm in my 2ww. I also wondered if I could've been pregnant cause it was a bit unusual for me...AF showed both times. So, right now I know I cannot regard creamy cm as an early pregnancy symptom for me. I love symptom spotting in my 2ww, but I've realized that it only leads to a bigger disappointment when AF shows. Good Luck!
