Cervical mucus
The humor behind this question is that I've had three kids, but I never paid attention during the pregnancy. My question is what does the cervical mucus look like in early pregnancy. I'm six days late for my next cycle. My cervical mucus is almost clear, wet, very stretchy, and a lot of it. Very concerned that my birth control and condom failed. I testes twice last week and got negatives. Any thoughts?

I have 4 kids and I've always had thick, white, lotion-like CM in early pregnancy. the CM you are describing sounds like ovulation CM to me but everyone is different. If AF doesnt show up in a few days, test again. Stress and a number of other things can cause a late period.. if you used a condom and birth control you shouldnt be too worried, i think the chances of being pregnant are low.
