Do you track ovulation? Generally you should go by the day from ovulation to period to know when you start next. The average time period for that is about 14 days. If you don't know when you ovulated then it will be pretty hard to tell when you'll start next cycle. My cycle ranges from 29 to 33 days but it's because the day I ovulate changes. I always start af the 14th day after I ovulate.
