Question

Can one release an egg from both ovaries in the same cycle?

I should ovulate on the 17th. But this time my sings and symptoms are different in the fact that I usually only have pain from one ovary per cycle. But this time I have been having ovulation pain on both ovaries. Is there anyone else that has experienced this, and what have you learned? Am I ovulating out of both ovaries this cycle?

It can definitely happen, but just having pain in both ovaries doesn't necessarily mean it is happening. It could be that both ovaries were developing follicles but only one will become the "dominant" follicle and end up ovulating. GL! :)
