Can you still be pregnant with negative test at 15DPO, and no menstruation?

Hi there, my last period was the 16th August 2014, I ovulated on 30th Aug, used OPK, my period was due two days ago, have tested, BFN, I have had milk cramps and back ache and some brown spotting, but thats it. I just dont know anymore, my last two pregnancies I peed on the sticks and got my positives so easily, so I am totally confused and rather stressed out, either it must start or I must know, this limbo is killing me. Has anyone else been pregnant and still tested negative on HPT?

Hi, I understand your frustration the tww is a killer, I'm waiting too. I know it's hard and easy for someone else to say but wait another 24 hrs and re test using your 1st urine of the day when it's strongest. Have you any other symptoms? Try relax and fingers crossed for a BFP x

Yes. I was 17dpo when I got my positive, for my May 2013 baby. As long as there is no AF, there is hope.

I would take to my doctor about it. If you have PCOS then it's pretty common to miss your period often. At 15dpo you should definitely be getting an accurate result. If anything ask for a blood test if the blood test shows up negative then ask for something like provera to start your period.
