A lot of women don't even notice implantation unless you are a member of this site and are therefore hyper sensitive to everything. Basically if your period isn't due for a few days but you get crampy like it is gonna start and nothing happens it may be implantation.

I'm a member of Babygaga but lately they have been nothing but bitchy women with no helpful answers so I'm giving this site a try. I'm due for implantation between 12-19 I believe I ovulated on the 6th I had a pulling sharp pain on my left side and had fertile cervical mucus. My period is due the 20th. With my son I didn't have implantation bleeding to my knowledge, but when I got pregnant with my son I wasn't trying to get pregnant so I was nieve and stupid to my bodies changes. Do you actually ovulate once you feel the ovulation pain.

I never noticed implantation with either pregnancy (and I was really looking for it with #2). No spotting or bleeding either. Actually noticing the "moment" of implantation is pretty rare, as is IB. However, with both pregnancies, I had normal AF like cramps right before I was due to start....but I had my bfps before AF was due so implantation had already happened by that point. The uterus starts to expand almost immediately, so like the other poster said, if you have typical cramps but AF never arrives, go ahead and test. It may just be your uterus expanding! Best wishes!
