Question

OPK & CM only

I stopped BBT after 4 cycles because it was making me more anxious. After talking to my OB/Gyn, I only use OPKs and check CM. Is this still enough to help us conceive? September is our 5th cycle.

Of course it can be enough, especially if you keep bding on a regular basis. Personally, I like to chart temperatures because I can confirm my ovulation date and can stop bding after I see the rise in temperatures. All the best.

I think if charting your BBT made you anxious & you are pretty good at the other 2 (using OPK & checking your CM) it is enough to help you conceive. 35 is a still a good age to conceive. If I could go back in time, I would have tried every month, not just have intercourse & not prevent. Keep an eye on things each month and be proactive. Then you'll get your wish. Good luck!
