Question

I need to know about miscarriages & about the causes.

I am pregnant for the second time. I miscarried about three months ago and have gotten pregnant in the last two months. My doctor told me four years ago that I am unable to carry kids due to an infection. will I miscarry with this child? and if this is fatal, what would be my best option?

What is the infection your dr. is talking about?

It is hard to answer this because we don't have a lot of information about you or your previous miscarriage. Most miscarriages are caused by random chromosomal abnormalities and occur very early in the pregnancy. These are unlikely to happen multiple times. If your pregnancy happened later, it might be a different cause. I'm also not sure what the nature of the infection is, whether it can be/has been cured or treated, and its effects on your reproductive system. Hopefully that doctor was wrong and you will have a successful pregnancy! GL! :)
