Question

Is it normal to get a headache with morning sickness?

This morning I woke up with a horrible tension headache, and nausea. It has lasted all day! The only thing that helps is if I take a nap. Is this normal in early pregnancy?

Nausea with bad headaches is fairly common. Do you have a history of migraine? For me, my headaches disappear when I'm pregnant, but I always get headaches with nausea right before AF. Of course, everyone is different. Unfortunately, the only thing you can take when pregnant is Tylenol.

Headaches and nausea are a pair that go hand in hand with my pregnancy, unfortunately. They started around 11DPO and have lasted until now (7 weeks).
Acetaminophen is the safest to take during pregnancy, if you feel that you just can't shake your headache.
Hope you start feeling better soon!
