Excited but scared? (clomid)
ok so as some of you may have read, we are having some health coverage issues that we are dealing with... long story short I might not be covered if I end up pregnant... but hubby said f**k it lol he wants a baby even if he has to pay for it all.... so YAY one happy girl here. but at the same time im super worried about costs of things.... but I guess I can "worry" about that if I end up pregnant... now I have to schedule one more bloodwork appointment early next week and then hopefully get my referral so they can start regulating my cycles and maybe put me on clomid. so I need some success stories with clomid :P how long did it take for you to get your BFP?

I got my BFP the 1st round of Clomid (2nd IUI cycle)! I ended up with 2 20mm follicles (1 on each ovary) and conceived 1 Bean! Scary when I thought their were going to be 2, but everything worked out. I should also mention that I used Ovidrel to release the eggs on cycle day 14 and did an IUI the day after to make my chances even better! Good Luck and don't stress too much about the costs... everything works out in the end! Good Luck!
P.S. They most likely will check your progesterone levels at cycle day 21. If levels are low (under 10), they will prescribe a progesterone supplement such as Prometrium to bring your levels up!

The cost isn't too much about the baby after its born but more about me not being covered for doctor appointments and gving birth :/ scary numbers up to 40000$....
Well my cycles have been WAY off but my family doctor agreed to give me a referral after this last blood test to determine if I have PCOS ( most likely, my cycles are like 162 days...). So my guess and his guess were that they will wanna induce my period and then put me on clomid. Hopefully im lucky :)
