Take a deep breath, you are going to be fine. What did the doctor say about the blood.
I had this same thing and they said it is very common. It could have been blood from the implantation that never bled out and will over time. Chances of a miscarriage after you hear the heart beat are only 10-15% so just take a deep breath and listen to the doctor.

I also had this, it's called a sub chorionic hematoma...a blood clot between gestational sac/placenta and uterus. It is quite common and can happen after implantation. Mine was found at 7 weeks, had a big bleed at 11 weeks and after going on bed rest, by 14 weeks it was completely gone. I'm now 21 weeks and bubs is doing great! 9 times out of 10 these clots will bleed out or your body will absorb them as your uterus grows, I'm sure everything will be fine goodluck xox
