Question

What does creamy white (a bit yellowish) discharge mean?

I just observed a creamy white (a bit yellowish) discharge when I wiped. (Sorry TMI) What could this mean? Have any of you observed this before?

Watch for itching/burning or a smell. It could be the beginnings of a yeast infection. However I have had that before and I think it was just a hormone change or something because I did not have any other infection symptoms. Just keep an eye on it.

As long as there is no odor, itching, or pain it is just plain discharge. Cervical mucus during the luteal phase is under the influence of progesterone and often looks milky, creamy whitish, lotion-like. It can have a yellow tinge to it without being connected to an infection. Best wishes and the Lord's blessings.

I got creamy CM like you describe about halfway through my LP almost every cycle, it really doesn't mean much specifically unless it is odorous or itchy like the previous posters said. GL!
