Curious about symptom charts

I'm in my TWW so I'm constantly on here obsessing. I see that some people have written under their symptom charts " pregnant" or " pregnancy loss" ect. So how do you add that onto the charts????

If you record a positive HPT it will automatically become a "pregnant" cycle. After that you can change the status to be a pregnancy loss if needed.
