I don't have answers to all your questions but here...

AF after a mmc can be unpredictable and a little crazy. Also, it takes a while for HCG level to drop after a mmc - it can take anywhere between 2 - 7 weeks. So I think the positive test results you saw could have been perhaps from your previous pregnancy. Until the HCG level drops to 5 and below, it is unlikely that O can happen.

I had a mmc on Aug 1 and my first AF after the mmc was much lighter than usual and quickly turned into spotting.

I am not sure about your current bleeding - you should perhaps see your doctor to make sure that everything has been expelled from your body when you miscarried.

Thank you for your reply. I did have an ultrasound about a month ago and everything from mmc was all cleared. I considered the positives being left over hcg I had a neg between the pos from mmc and whatever the other positives were. The first test I took was really light and 2 days later it was darker. They didn't get any darker after that one a few days after af came and test was neg. I temp so I know I ovulated last cycle. Just have some random bleeding now. I had to go ahead and mark it as light for today.

Anyone else know what could cause random mid cycle bleeding?

Update on this. I had a cp last cycle. I had a short cycle after my mc that was 14 days. Then ovulated had cp. Then a 10 day cycle. Now I'm starting over. Apparently I'm not very lucky in this dept. Crossing fingers this cycle goes better
