Question

does this sound like possible pregnancy?

I am roughly 7 dpo, yesterday I had extreme nausea, today I am completely wiped out!

Because you are only 7dpo it most likely just progesterone that is making you feel this way . "Real" pregnancy symptoms don't come until the baby implants and HCG builds up. But every woman is different so good luck, could be a good sign.

Unfortunately Philly girl is correct. Progesterone symptoms are very similar to both pregnancy symptoms and PMS. You wont have pregnancy symptoms until after implantation which usually happens between 8-12 DPO.

I had a baby before and the next day after having sex I had symptoms of pregnancy, three days on they were very strong and I had a healthy baby boy.
