It really depends what you are looking for. For improvement of CM you can take evening primrose oil. For me it works better than mucinex. I am taking flax oil and fishoil to get the omega fatty acids. You can try maca powder capsules and extra vitamin b 6 to help your luteal phase. Coenzyme Q 10 can also be beneficial. If you suffer from irregular cycles there is vitex (chaste berry). Women have become successful taking soy isoflavones CD 2-6 or CD 3-7. If you like, google the following: red raspberry leaf tea, decaf green tea, red clover tea, milk thistle seed tea or capsules, the herbs tribulus and shatavari....lots of options, lots of choices when it comes to trying to improve fertility. Thank you my cycle is pretty clockwork of by a day or two never more than that a month.. ...have egg white cm just not a lot. I don't really know what my issue is. My obgyn has said he doesn't see any cause for concern but I am losing hope. Both of my girls were concieve first or second month trying. This one has been taking what seems like an eternity.
