Question

Confused about my symptoms

I am 15 DPO, and now 1 day late for my period. I'm having symptoms such as tender breasts, foggy brain and memory, a little discomfort in my lower belly and lower back, and in the afternoons I've been getting extremely nauseous around 2pm. All tests taken so far are negative. I had a blighted ovum almost 3 years ago with no other pregnancies. Symptoms were kind of the same and it took a little while for tests to show positive. I'm usually very regular in my cycle. A friend of mine said with both of her daughters, her tests showed negative until around week 8! Could this be a possibility? I hope it's not a blighted ovum again:( the waiting is killing me!

It is true that it takes some women longer to test positive. Dr's usually recommend testing 1-2 weeks after a missed period for best results. But yes, some women dont test pos until 8, 10, 12 weeks pregnant, and some not at all (ultrasound has to be preformed to confirm pregnancy)!
