Question

Clomid experience?! Will clomid make AF later than usual?

My cycle is like clockwork 28 days. But luteal phase was only about nine days. Clomid made me ovulate earlier, CD 17-18. Can I still expect AF at 28 days?

Your luteal phase stays about the same length every cycle. It is the follicular phase that can be longer or shorter. So if you ovulated earlier than usual your cycle will most likely be shorter than usual. With a lp of only 9 days you might need to be on progesterone supplements to make implantation possible. Implantation happens most often between 7-11 dpo. Best wishes and the Lord's blessings.

Clomid actually increased my lp from 13 days to 15 both month I was on it. I usually have 26-28 days cycles and on clomid my cycles were 30 & 32 days long. It is very possible that clomid increased your lp. Good luck :)
