I recommend temperature charting in addition to OPKs. I am using evening primrose oil and black currant oil to increase fertile mucus. I am adding vit B6 and maca powder to my prenatal vitamin to support the luteal phase. I am using red raspberry leaf extract to tone the uterus. Also taking ubiquinol 3 times a day and Fertile CM + Ovaboost by Fairhaven Health. I take additional zinc, vitamin D, and low dose aspirin. I have also been eating fresh pineapple 1-5 dpo to aid implantation. During those 5 days I take no aspirin. I am taking fish oil and flax oil as well. This is my supplement menu. Green tea should be decaf while TTC. It is antioxidant rich and can be helpful. Best wishes and the Lord's blessings.

As long as you're healthy, you really shouldn't need much more than prenatal vitamins. Green tea is said to help with cm, but I've read it depletes your folic acid - something you don't want when TTC. With my first, we weren't TTC, so she was a pleasant surprise. I conceived her at 33. #2 was planned, so I took prenatal vitamins & used opk, which were a waste of $. The month I conceived (second cycle of trying), I never got a +. I was almost 36 when I became pregnant with her & she's now 6 mos old. Unless you've been trying for a while, or are older, I wouldn't invest a lot of money into supplements. For the most part, most fertile women get pregnant within a yr. Best wishes to you on your journey!

I am sorry if my answer was "not helpful". The question posed was: "what are you using to get pregnant?" I answered that question and do not appreciate negative feedback from whomever.

I forgot! We did use Preseed when TTC #2 bc it is sperm friendly lube (most lubes are toxic to sperm). I don't think it helped with conception necessarily, however, it did make timed intercourse after chasing a then 2 yr old all day more comfortable! :)

I used a LOT of different fertility aids during TTC. We were charting BBT, I used OPKs, we used Preseed and softcups together to hold the sperm closer to the cervix, I used maca and b6, then I used Vitex which regulated my cycles for a while. What ended up working for me was using Natural Progesterone Cream to lengthen my luteal phase because my luteal phase was only 10-11 days, we used an opk when I suspected I was ovulating, and we used softcups after intercourse to keep the sperm against the cervix. I don't know if this ACTUALLY helped, but we also looked up acupressure for fertility and did those massages during the 2WW. Those helped us get our BFP after 5 years of TTC.
