Has anyone seen a significant difference when charting BBT?
I've just starting trying to conceive , and was curious if charting your basal body temperature actually made a difference? I would like to hear the pros and cons. tIA!

Hi, I also find charting my temp an excellent tool because it helps me pinpoint when ovulation has occurred and let's me know if I'm successfully pregnant - as temps stay high or drops if AF is coming. Although you need 3 higher temps to know you've ovulated when charting so it's good to know when it's happened but cannot help you plan when to bd! I use the cbfm for that on urine sticks. If your temperature stay up after a missed period (14dpo) it lets you know that you are pregnant. If you look at my charts on my profile. I never miss a temp so to learn more. Also worth looking at July, I was pregnant for the first time and you can see the sudden temp rise on day 12 where I ovulated, you can see the implantation dip on day 10dpo and I tested BFP day 13 dpo, but sadly my temp plummeted on 18 th july - (18 dpo) so I just knew it wasn't good sign and sure enough I went on to have a chemical that weekend. I'm fine now and I hope this helps you and remember to get a bbt thermometer. GL! X
