How many dpo am I? Any help much appreciated :)

Quick question my lmp was 15th august I been doing them clearly ovulation tests which said I was peak on 27th August 28th August and another peak fertility on 29th and 30th then I went back down to low on 31st august so what I want to know what date do I go by for dpo? Wanted to know if I'm testing too early lol :/ any advice please :)

Can I also say I had high fertility (flashing smiley) on 25th and 26th before the peak ( smiley face) on 27th 28th 29th 30th
