Question

Should I buy a different test?

I am on CD 31, I have never gone past CD 28 without having AF show up. (AF was due 9-2)

DH and I have been TTCing for the past 7 months and have spent a lot of money on tests. DH wanted to try the cheap tests this time since every other time we always got negatives. So we tried the 88 cent Walmart tests yesterday and this morning, both BFN.

Should I we invest in a more expensive test at this point in time or continue to wait it out?

Also, I have had mild cramping, not like cramping before AF (Those are intense, these are very light)

If I am recommended to purchase a different test, which do you recommend?

Do you know for sure when you ovulated? It could be that you ovulated late this cycle. First response is obviously one of the better/more expensive brands but I'm sure you've tried that one. Better to get online and buy some wondfo tests off Amazon so you can test a lot. This site gives them good reviews. Some women don't get positives until a week after their period is due. So hang in there. Also some studies show boy fetuses can have late positive hpt results because they produce less hcg than girls... food for thought...

Oops. Didn't see that you already use cheapies. Try first response.
