Question

I need answers fast!

I am 10dpo and I have been having very bad pains in my uterus. I tested this with fmu and got a bfn. It is to the point where all I can do is lay down and I have to unbutton my pants for comfort. I am bloated and I don't wanna eat anything but I have been forcing myself to eat small, light foods. This is becoming frustrating, having all of the symptoms but keep getting bad test results. Do you guys think it's too early to test? I need advice ASAP. I almost wanna go to the hosptil because I am in so much pain, and I have a pretty high pin tolerance.

If the pain is that bad you should definitely consult a doctor, sometimes we might think pain is in our uterus but it is maybe in the intestines or somewhere else nearby (maybe gas pains?). Hope it isn't serious! GL!

What kind of test are you using? 10 dpo may be too early for some brands.

If there is a chance that your pain is appendix related see your doctor as soon as possible. Best wishes and the Lord's blessings.

I am using the dollar general brand test because those were the most accurate in my other 3 pregnancies. @phillips it can't be appendix related because i had that removed 2 yrs ago

Those care great tests. I'm using Walmart cheapies this time myself with a frer for confirmation should I get bfp on the Walmart test. The downside is having to wait a couple days longer :-/. It seems most people see their bfp on the cheaper tests closer to 12 dpo, which makes sense given that frer's seem to get a bfp 9-10 dpo and can measure 12 mLu, whereas the cheaper ones are rated at 24 mLu's. So, I'd test again at 12 dpo and see if that yields a bfp. That said, I'd for sure rule out any other possible problems causing the pain. Early pregnancy with my dd gave me pain like you described. It was actually just gas, but was in relation to the pregnancy causing debilitating gas and bloat. I wasn't sure what was safe to take, so I used Tums and peppermint tea (just be careful with the tea if you're prone to heartburn or indigestion).
