Cramps after ovulation

Hey ladies! So to keep this as short as possible, I had a miss arriage on March 20 at about 12-14 weeks naturally at home alone ( horrible, I gave birth in my bathtub after 9 hours of cruel labor while my toddlers watched all three toy story movies). 5 months later....yes FIVE months later on august 19, they decide I need a d and c. My question is I was wondering how many women had luck conceiving the first month after a d and c? It's a little bit of a different situation bc I lost my daughter so long ago and I had periods in between. I was tracking with opk and I surged on Wednesday the 3rd and now I'm having even worse cramps and more CM than ever. Just looking for a glimmer of hope I guess. My angel had turners so i guess god had a reason for what I felt was like stealing her from me. But I certainly wouldn't have wanted her to suffer either. Any opinions are welcome.
