Does prometrium thicken uterus lining, does it make pple preg n what is d success rate any idea plz

Had a successful preg but m/c with no heart beat @7wks in mar wit my 1st iui was on clomid5-9cd 2nd iui was bfn with clomid doc later switched me to femara but with bdding and opk which came out bfn now i had my 3rd iui on Aug 28 on femara3-7cd with hcg trigger shot on cd 10 Aug26, had my u/s Aug26 ,showed 3 follicles 20mm on both sides with another 16mm my doc said theu/s also showed that my uterus lining is thin 5.63mm so he put me on prometrium vaginally 200mg twice a day will this thicken my uterus lining and will it make me get preg this circle am just too worried
