TWW - Is there anything I shouldn't do??
Right before and during my TWW I'm always scared I'm going to do something to prevent conception or implantation. I barely wanna move and I walk around like a zombie! Hardly moving, bending, twisting, etc. Will doing anything physically cause the embryo to not implant? Am I just being silly? Help from anyone who has been pregnant before needed!!

Don't hop in any hot baths or spa pools, that is supposed to be a good one to prevent conception. Also no really hard exercise. Otherthan that diet and stress. I managed to get pregnant at the ancient age of 38 working 40 hours a week - shift work too. So really we are not that delicate

For me it was "business as usual" during the TWW, and that included working out pretty intensely. I eased up on that after I got my BFP, but moral of the story is I have a healthy child! If you want to ease up on working out, drinking alcohol etc it's not a bad thing, but for me everything was fine without changing anything during the TWW. Good luck!
