12dpo is the best time to test

Some ladies seem to be able to tell quite early, most of them have extreme pregnancy symptoms, like blue viens and nausea. I got no symptoms at all with my last pregancy, I never knew

yes, at 3dpo with my first I got a uti I never get a uti, my friend joked saying I bet your pregnant, she also said i'd have a boy and that he'll arrive when i'm meant to be working. scarely she was right I was pregnant I did have a boy and I had him the day before my mat leave was meant to start.
the second time round I started feeling sick at again 3dpo and at 7dpo it was really bad, every half an hour I was running to loo because I felt like I was going to throw up by 6 weeks I was put on anti sickness tablets. so yes you can feel it early on.
