9DPO symptoms

I'm 9 days past ovulation. Noticed sore Nipples this morning out of the blue. Breasts have felt heavy past couple of days. Definitely more tired than normal. Since 7dpo been having pins and pricks, along with this weird cramping. Normally have normal pms cramps around this time. Hubby also says i have been a lot more moody lately. And sex drive has gone over the top lol the. Was just wondering if anyone else has or had these same symptoms and got a BFP. Been ttc for two months now. Thanks :)
