Can pregnancy occur if implant is due to expire and condom comes off?

I had a implant in. Just before I had it removed I experienced bleeding every week. Nurse who removed it said that is a sign it's stopped working.
In July my other half had sex n the condom came off. Could i be pregnant? I'm experiencing breast growth n tenderness. Period like pains without period. Or am worrying for no reason? And these symptoms are my period returning after having the implant in.
