Ovulation cramp, Period or Implantation

So i had my last period on 1st August 2014 and it lasted 5 days.
previous to this I miscarried on 24th July baby died around 11 weeks (around 3 missed periods). after having my first daughter on 3rd feb 2013 my periods have never really returned to normal, and my cycle is all over the place after the MC too so i have no idea how long my cycles last or on which days i ovulate?

I had mild cramps last week and I had a change in vaginal discharge. Everything seems normal. Only slightly peeing more. period tracker app seems to think my cycle is Average 32 days, and i ovulated on 27/08/14 so my period would be due anyday theoretically Ive taken an early pregnancy test which came up Neg, id imagine its way to early to tell as im only 5dpo - supposedly

What do you think Ovulation or implantation or period due ?
