Am I pregnant?!

My monthly cycle start date was august 11th-15th. According to my ovulation calendar I ovulated august 23rd, as of that night I was intimate with my boyfriend. At the time I did not know I was ovulating or pay any mind to it. He had cummned in the condom to find out the condom broke. And inch away from the bottom and top, so basically ripped halfway down the side. I've been having really bad aches and pains in my abdomen or cramps, tight pinches switching side to side. Today im 8dpo and feeling very tired, lower back pain, dehydration & still have the urge to pee a lot! Im tempted to know of im pregnant or if anybody has felt this way! No bashing or rude comments please! I've never had this happen to me! I would appreciate any response at the moment & all the help!
