Question

I don't know what to do. Please help

My husband and I have been TTC for 6 months now and so far no success. Well recently we fell upon some hard times and decided to put it on hold till we get back on our feet. But this was after we tried during my open window for this month. I didn't think anything of it because we didn't have sex as often as befor when we were trying. But now my period is 5 days late. I'm so afraid now. After all this time this is all we wanted was to consieve but as soon as we decided to put it on the back burner because it isn't the right time right now it's like is finally happened. I have a lot of mixed emotions. I want to be excited and happy but at the same time I'm worried. And I know my husband reaction won't be the same as it would have been. I haven't taken a test yet. Don't worry. These things have a way of working out. Remember that you have 9 months before any baby will actually be there so look at it as you have 9 months to get back on your feet. I'm not overly religious but if fate has dictated that you should be pregnant now, then it must be the right time. We had our daughter when we were living paycheck to paycheck and our families really came thru and got us almost everything we needed before she ever came. Just hang in there and use this possible baby as a motivation to improve your circumstances rather than an obstacle. Good Luck and hopefully congrats!

Many people try for years with no success so if you fall pregnant after ONLY six months, consider yourself truly blessed that God has given you this opportunity. TTC 2 years now, 2 miscarriages.

No need to panic yourself yet, you don't even know if you're pregnant! I recommend that you take a test so you can find out either way. And I agree with both previous posters. GL!

For sure get a test and see if you're pregnant. If so look at it as a blessing. Yes you have time to get things turned around. So relax and if you have news to tell your husband then say it with joy to him & hopefully he will have a positive reaction. It took my husband a couple days to get happy about another baby to add to our big family. GL!!
