Haven't missed period yet, but America experiencing symptoms.

I had a period on August 5,2014. It lasted 4 days. However, my periods are not regular so I don't know how to calculate the length of luteal phase or how long my cycle is so I don't know when I ovulated. My husband and I had sex on the 21 and 22. And within the next day or so I was waking up nauseated. The other symptoms include: extremely sensitive nipples, headaches, mid to lower backache, mild real low abdominal cramps and smell sensitivity. I took a clearblue digital with countdown yesterday (28th) and it said not pregnant. My question is: do you think the chances of pregnancy are high or is it in my head/pms symptoms.
