Positive pregnancy test after taking provera for ten days? False pos, miscarriage, heallthy baby???

PCOS "officially" diag in 2012. Metformin since May. Had one cycle in June. Called doctor earlier this month because I'd been having super sore bbs for 3 weeks, asked if I could try progesterone pills to get me started. (Has helped in the past) I had taken a neg pt a few days prior so she said that was fine. Finished taking provera this past Sat (8/23). Major cramps the past few days, bbs still sore, fuller, and super sensitive, strange dreams - some about starting my period in really strange places. Yesterday, nauseous all day and craving a subway sandwich with lots of pickles - very strange for me. On a whim, asked DH to go to the dollar store and get a cheap pt. Took this morning, and immediately - within like 10 seconds - both lines showed up MUCH to my surprise. My initial thought was that the provera gave a false positive, but I don't think so... Also I know, it can cause miscarriage... Anyone with similar situation end up with false pos, baby, or miscarriage? Seeing do
