If you're only 7 dpo, it is way too early for your period to be arriving unless you have a serious lp defect. The luteal phase is usually around 14 days long, so your period shouldn't be due for around another week. It is very common for cycles to be irregular after coming off if birth control, so give it another week or so. If AF hasn't arrived, I would test. Gl!

eag923 thank you for your reply. This is my first time TTC, this will be my 2nd cycle since coming off Yasmin pill. If I was pregnant do you know if it's normal for me to be getting cramping pain everyday since OV? My boobs are saw I've had bloating and feel sick. I can defiantly wait until next week to test as that would make this months cycle 28 days. Just nervous and really want this to be my month, I feel silly saying that as some couple try for a long time before they get pregnant it's just all so new to me.thank you x

PMS & early pregnancy feel identical. Bloating, tender boobs, cramping, etc etc are both PMS and pregnancy symptoms! It stinks, I know, but your best bet is to ignore your symptoms bc the only reliable one is a missed period & a + hpt. It is very possible that you are pregnant, but at this point it is too early to tell. I'm sending baby dust your way! Gl!
