Spotted brown 3 days then nothing! ???

I was supposed to start Tuesday (8/26) but started spotting brown on Monday (8/25). It never was heavy just mainly when I wiped. Tonight (8/27) it's gone. I normally cramp really bad before, during and after a period and I've had none at all. I've noticed I'm peeing quite a bit and my breasts are sore/itchy but I'm not sure if it's just AF playing mind games or not. Would it even be worth it to take a test?
