Should I record this temp???

I got up to pee this morning without temping, but realized as soon as I did and rushed back to lay in bed to take my temp. Should I just disregard this temp all together? It was literally like 5 seconds out of bed, but technically not the temp upon rising.

Most people's temps don't change that dramatically in such a short amount of time, so go ahead and record it, I say!

The second u awaken, all organ systems speed up and ur temp starts to rise. I would ditch that temp completely, its not basal...esp if u "rushed" anything. If temps arent kept accurate then it defeats the purpose of charting at all. Ur call tho. Good luck!
