Can you get pregnant after a tubal ligation?

I got my tubes tied back in january of this year and I regret it. Me and my husband now wants to have another baby. Cant afford a reversal. Im hoping for a miracle.

It seems like a long shot. Not sure how much a reversal costs but you can also bypass your tied tubes entirely by doing IVF (which is also expensive, but maybe not as expensive as tubal reversal? I have no idea). GL!
