10DPO and had yellow mucus

I was wondering if anybody else has had this and what the outcome was. This morning I had it happen twice after using the restroom. It's not an infection as there are no signs for one. Never happened with my last two pregnancies so was just curious. I have been doing some research but getting mixed answers. Thank you!
