Question

CD21 Progesterone 6.6, too low to support a pregnancy?

My husband and I have been TTC since March of 2012, with 2 miscarriages, I had my progesterone levels checked on CD21 and the results were a 6.6. I've seen different responses online, but is that too low to have a successful pregnancy? Am I going to need some kind of progesterone supplement?

A progesterone level over 5 indicates that you have ovulated, but I am not sure if your doctor will recommend a progesterone supplement for you. I would call and ask about that! GL! :)

I was tested pretty close to CD 21 and my result was 5.3 and my dr was satisfied with that number to confirm ovulation. I do know the numbers vary between doctors but my RE also didn't see any issues with that number either. I feel like my LP is a little on the low side to I plan on looking for some ways to boost my progesterone.
