Question

Please please I need advice! Very confused upset woman here...

I has trigger injection for IUI on 7th of August and IUI on 8th August. So, today I am 15 days post IUI, and presumably 15 days post ovulation if I ovulated the day after the trigger.

On Tuesday, 4 days ago, I started getting faint positives on first response. They did not get any stronger. Yesterday they were almost invisible on first response and I got a negative on clear blue digital. I had a blood test done and my hcg level was low at 21 so they said I was pregnant but hcg is lower than it should be for 14 days post ovulation. I have been pretty distraught and this morning I got my first negative on first response which confirmed all was not well. However, I have now just got two positives on clear blue digital. How can this be? Is it possible that for some reason my hcg just doesn't show on first response? It doesn't make sense as they are more sensitive than clear blue digital. I don't have another blood test until Wednesday next week. I am doing IUI on my own, help!

Maybe your hcg is stronger during the day than fmu, my tests were dark each afternoon, faint in the morning.
Your hcg rises every two days, so wait it out and test two days time
Good luck xx

Depending on how much HCG was in the trigger and how your body metabolizes it, it could still be remnant from the shot. That would at least be one possible explanation. Not sure what you mean by doing IUI on your own but hopefully you have a doctor that you can ask?

Maybe you picked up the tail end of your trigger shot and now you are pregnant. I agree with Tottie, wait two days and then check again.
